I will say I do like most of the staff.. for the most part. However there are some staff specifically an aide named Roxanne I strongly dislike!! This woman is pure lazy! Wants to collect a paycheck but doesn’t want to work. This woman needs to be fired and I can’t wait to call on Monday to the charge nurse and let them know. Roxanne was very reluctant to help she literally sat in the corner on her phone not showing any care. That’s not the kind of person I want around my grandfather and definitely not the type of person that should be working in healthcare period! This afternoon we asked for her help because my grandfather was about to fall off the bed and she tells me you need to just keep putting his feet on the bed. Obviously Roxanne needs to be educated on how to treat residents and handle family members if he’s trying to get up why not offer to get him up in the chair? No she didn’t want to because she was lazy. I worked in nursing homes before myself and I was an activity director so I know when someone wants to get up. He was showing every initiative that he wanted to get up yet, we were apparently inconveniencing Roxanne who was sitting in the room in the corner on her phone. So I tell my husband go grab the nurse please and so he did and she comes in the room and asks “where’s Roxanne” and so we pointed and finally Roxanne says what do you want me to do. What an ignorant piece of work. I hope this lady gets fired. She is an inhumane and vile monster.
Read moreI was just there today for the first time as their music entertainment.A VERY well organized facility. The staff is so friendly. I loved watching them sing and dance with the residents as we played. Thank you Staff for taking care of our Heroes!
My father lived there and thrived for the specialized care he got. I''m filling out an application to go there if/when....
Great place to work! Residents receive stellar care and it’s one of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever been in
I am a veteran. I worked there for 9 years as a Registered Nurse. The veterans received the best care possible. The Entire Staff is compassionate and supportive to the family members and residents. Nursing Care is excellent.
