Absolutely different place from when I was employed there 2 years ago! Management has definitely tried their best to put forward changes for the good! I’m glad to be apart of this Bailey Creek!
My grandfather received inpatient skilled services here on more than one occasion. I would definitely recommend for both short term and long term stays.

My 90 yr old MIL was here for about a week and a half before she passed away today. She was brought in on hospice. I assume the nursing staff was great, hospice was awesome, but accounting… not so much. MIL hadn’t been deceased for even an hour and Rochelle I believe was here name, pulled my brother in law aside and was harping about money, land deed etc. No, “I’m sorry for your loss, is there anything we can do!” The lady was rude, uncaring and didn’t seem to care that my husband or his brother had just lost their mom!

I don''t know quite what to think of this place yet I don''t know who''s fault it is whether it was the hospital that sent me here or the facility that received me but I came here needing ostomies which are bags that go over holes in your stomach and catch the waste products well they don''t have it here. I guess they didn''t get the proper size and type from the hospital. it is very nice people are very nice there are helpful it''s kind of rough being in the covid unit you know cuz sometimes you don''t get a nurse as soon as you need one but they do get to you first day or so was a little rough cuz there''s no TV they didn''t have TVs in the unit but they did finally get a TV so I do have something to watch and keep me busy not along with knowing how to get on to the Wi-Fi I can use my phone and do whatever I need to there so I''m pretty well satisfied with that all in all I would say it''s a fairly decent place just make sure that you keep check on your people that are here making sure that the staff is up on top of everything the awareness supposed to be

I love working at Bailey Creek. I been working as a CNA here for a minute and seen both good and bad employees come through. Management try to keep the good and weed out the bad. Sometimes the bad even like to get on Google and leave bad reviews. If you read a bad review from a former employee, don''t always believe the hype. Recent change in administrator and DON has been positive. More energy and smiles, less bad attitude.
