My mother passed away during her stay here and we never got her blanket back. It may seem like a small thing for some, but my kids really miss their grandma and they really wanted that blanket. They offered to pay to replace it, but that wasn''t the point. Every time they did laundry she wouldn''t get all of her stuff back. She had to ask for a whole week once if she could PLEASE have her blanket back as she was always so cold. I ended up having to call and tell them to give it back to her! I''m sure some other resident has a really nice blanket now.

21-day rehab coming off a horrendous covid fiasco. Excellent experience. Staff were awesome. OT and PT team did fantastic work with me. LPN''s and nurses were so much better than expectations. I never paid attention to the type of person attracted to care-giver roles. My appreciation for those who do soared. Can''t believe there are that many folks who thrive in that environment. Even the daily cleaning staff were way better than I thought they could be. All around good work from people cared. I was mobile and able to communicate so that probably made a difference compared to those with limitations, or others who are placed by relatives. But I can tell you my experience left nothing to be desired, and everyone was responsive. Clean. Safe. Friendly. Decent food. Responsive. Can''t say enough. Best possible experience you could have

Do not send your loved ones here. Pay attention its only employees that''s giving this place good reviews. Now my grandpa is malnourished, sores on his face, and bedsores from not being moved, and now has pneumonia. This place is hell on earth. They tried to keep.my grandpa here. I had to go through hell to get him transferred out of here. Which I didn''t want him to come here in the first place. They tried to keep him here. I was able to get him transferred out of there finally. My grandpa was actually starting to do so much better before being transferred here. They let him suffer for 8 days straight and did not feed him. He went completely down hill while being there. So glad he has been transferred and now we can work on getting him back well.
Read moreI am really happy that my husband was able to be admitted to a place that feels like family. Not having to leave the facility to receive dialysis treatments during Covid has been a Godsent. I am appreciative to the great care and communication the staff offers. I will recommend to others.
