I toured Awbrey Place Assisted Living and Memory Care. It's excellent. It's very good. It's pleasant. The rooms are nice and accommodating. They have nice windows, and you can look out there, meaning out in a nice backyard, and it's like in a circle. It's designed well. Expert staff and friendly staff. The rooms are handy with all the things you need in it (at least the one we picked), and it will be easy to access. There's plenty of activities going on so that my husband can make friends easily and be comfortable. The staff members are very qualified people who know what they're doing in all levels of care.

Awbrey Place Assisted Living and Memory Care was a fantastic place. It was clean and bright. The people were friendly, and they had nice accommodations in the private rooms. They were appropriately sized with easy access, and very clean and bright. The staff who toured me around was friendly and knowledgeable. We did see the dining area and the menu options for the day, and everything looked well done. They had secured outdoor spaces that they encouraged their residents to go to.

Overall, my loved one likes the food. They do a good job of taking care of my loved one. They could improve by adding more staff. I would recommend to other families.

Awbrey Place Assisted Living and Memory Care was very cute. They had specific activities for people with memory issues. The director was very congenial, very sincere, and seemed like a very caring person. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. It was smaller than most, well-decorated, and seemed to be very clean. I smelled some of the urine a little bit, which bothered me, but it could have just been the day that I was there. I looked at both assisted living and memory care. They had a small but very nice garden area with trees. I liked that it's right down the street from the hospital and most doctors.
