If I could give lower than a one review I would, this place doesn’t deserve a one star review.. the state needs to close this facility down, it’s nasty, dirty, cockroaches ridden, and smells of urine.. the food isn’t fit for a child let alone an adult.. my father went for rehab and they made him bedridden, said he had c- diff when they were giving him 4 different poop pills, they wouldn’t help him to a toilet and made him poop in diapers and they wouldn’t come change him for hours until they were ready . I had to tell them he needed to go to the hospital when his skin was turning black and the nurse argued with me..

The place is horrible and the doctors and staff are rude.
I think the staff is caring and helpful. The physical therapy team has made a lot of progress with my mom.

While some of the nurses were good to my Mom, there were aides there that were not just rude but mean to her. She was there for rehab. I am an Occupational Therapist and the “rehab” was a joke! Mom had open wounds from staying in bed ALL day and night. They took her to the bathroom only TWO times the entire time she was there-and that was only because I complained about it. (Once home I had her wounds gone in a week because she was no longer sitting in a filthy diaper but using the bathroom!) This place honestly should be closed down. They overall have no compassion, not enough help and are open ONLY for the money. The day I went in to bring her home they had her sitting in a wheelchair with all her belongings in the middle of nowhere. I had to hunt down the nurse to get medication information (which was incorrect). HORRID place! Do NOT send your loved one here

I INSISTED ON SPEAKING TO HER SUPERVISOR. NOT AVAILABLE, SPOKE WITH CHERYL ON ADMISSION OFFICE SHE TRIED BUT NO HELP. FINALLY TASIA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR STATED WHY AT DISCHARGE WAS I NOT MADE AWARE OF THE BALANCE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CENTER TO ANYONE.
