The crazy thing is I applied to this place and had an interview. Administrator didn’t even have the decency to call me and lie and tell me they selected a better candidate. They are still posting job till this day. Lpns RNs Dons looks like this place is in bad shape. They can’t spot an amazing talent if it hit them dead smack between the eyes. I wasn’t crazy about it but it was close to my home. I didn’t get hired lol. First job in my life that I didn’t get hired. I can guarantee you they lost someone that would have went into that place and made a difference. To the facility staff and residents. It’s ok I stayed at my current job now and I’m about to graduate with my RN in 4 days. I now hold the cards and can go where I want and I can assure you it won’t be here.Update **Your joking right? I have a family member being cared for at this facility. The staff is amazing and my loved one has not been happier. His nurse was very nice and answered all of my concerns. The CNA was amazing I got to the facility about 10 am I requested a shower for my family member and I was told it was not his shower day however the CNA took him down immediately showered him got him dressed brought him back and came to check on him every 30 mins. My overall visit was very pleasing I would recommend this facility if you want the best care. They truely care for their patients.

CNA won''t provide blankets because it''s a "privilege" this "care" facility has no idea how to care for elderly DO NOT allow your parents or grandparents to stay through this company they wont enjoy it.
Very very outdated..Most staffers have have to be pushed to get help or anything patience need. Since we have a relative here over 20 years ago, this facility has went through numerous management changes. Still seems too much and smells the same.
The administration down talk to the staff, the administrator told the staff they can not wear nurses caps because they remind her of “du-rags”. They are more worried about staff appearances than the resident safety and care. Staff are working 1:20 total care patients at a time. The front staff w...
The administration down talk to the staff, the administrator told the staff they can not wear nurses caps because they remind her of “du-rags”. They are more worried about staff appearances than the resident safety and care. Staff are working 1:20 total care patients at a time. The front staff will sit in the offices all day until “important “ people show up to the facility. There needs to be a change with administration.
