They do not care about their patients, it feels like a place they store people. My brother was here for two months, the family had to be there almost everyday just to make sure his basic care was taken care of. All you hear is I’ll check on that, I’ll get back to you, good luck. Ryan the administrator is worthless and Scott, social services you can never find or get a hold of him. I hope I never have to set foot in this place again!!!

I am a resident right now 9/6/22 except for some deaths in my life being here at Heritage has been the worst experience of my life! Management is very, very good at giving lip service to me and my family. I wish I had a dollar for everytime I asked for some info on my condition and was told they would check on that and get back and then never comming back,the building is under going renovation and at times building maintenance is more ...important than patient care. I have waited for more than an hour waiting for a cna to answer a call light, all I wanted was a cup of ice water. If you care for your family please don''t let them come to this place. I was warned from many staff members at thier sister facility at Avamere puget sound not to come here it was not a good place, they were right. I have many, many stories about this place to numerous to write about here. I am in rm.203 it is undergoing renovation right now. Don''t let you loved ones come to this place....please

My cousin''s husband was at Heritage a few years ago. My cousin told me, that he was outside to smoke a cigarette and he was on oxygen at the same time. I was at Avamere on 6th Ave. and my stay there was nice. I wouldn''t even let my mother live there ( Pacific Ave).
Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely neglected my mother-in-law the month she was there to the point that they had us call a funeral home (she''s much healthier now that she''s out of there!). It took little over a month of getting better in an actual hospital recovering from a septic infection...
Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely neglected my mother-in-law the month she was there to the point that they had us call a funeral home (she''s much healthier now that she''s out of there!). It took little over a month of getting better in an actual hospital recovering from a septic infection she got at Avamere (they didn''t even tell us about!), due to them not moving or changing her regularly. Had a nurse lie about her getting medication and also lie about her conditions. Afraid they left food in front of her instead of feeding her. Lost her glasses etc. Should be shut down for elder abuse Avoid at all costs!
