My mom was placed here one week ago. This has been the worst experience. Lack of communication and I have been given false information. I have only been able to see her once and had to be outside even though we are all vaccinated. I just went to bring her stuff and was unable once again to see her. My mom has been complaining that nothing works in her room and that the food has been awful. I can''t say anything to that considering I can''t even get in. Very disappointed in lack of customer service.

Avalon has a great team the CNA’s, the nurses the department heads, DON and the administrator they truly care about there residents. I enjoyed my time working there.
