My mom is there for rehab. I always make time to go on weekends rather than weekdays On the weekends it’s very discombobulated. Hardly no staff on weekends every time. The ones that is there sits behind the desk on there phones don''t even look up at you when you walk in, I sat in front of them was able to even take their picture of them looking down at their phones. When the one girl looked up at me ignored me. I guess she was expecting the other girl to wait on me. I asked her why would she look at me but didn''t acknowledge me? She stated “that’s not my job”, “my job is to run this building and make sure its fully staffed. I later found out that she’s in fact a CNA that only got promoted to staffing. So technically she DO NOT run the building. Over all! These girls are very rude unprofessional In behavior and appearance. Make this your last option for your loved ones. If you have no choice please visit on weekends verses weekdays.

My Aunt stayed at this facility for awhile. The staff were great and really catered to her needs, her room was always clean. I very much recommend Alice Manor.
