Autumn Cove Assisted Living & Memory Care was excellent. It's as clean and pristine as you could imagine. When I was there, the people had some activities. They weren't just sitting around in chairs and falling asleep. The CNAs and the nurses that they have seemed to be very caring in what they do. The appearance of the place was astonishing. They have plenty of parking for visitors. They have an ice cream shop there. They have 24-hour nursing. The dining area was very pleasant. It was well thought of and had plenty of room to get in and out with wheelchairs. It's not gigantic, but it's large, very nice , and decorated very well. They also have a walking area that people could go to. If I was going to go someplace, I think I would pick Autumn Cove Assisted Living & Memory Care.

My grandmother has moved here. The biggest reason we chose it was that this one allows pets. It's clean, and the staff is nice. Everything here has been perfect so far. They have different activities every day. They watch movies, they play bingo, they play giant bowling, they do adult little color sheets, and they have bible study and exercise class. They have pretty much two activities each day, Monday through Friday. So far, everyone that we have dealt with has been nice and helpful. I haven't eaten the food, but she likes it, and they have a lot of different choices.

The facility needs updating. In memory care, it doesn't seem like our loved one is getting much more care than he did in assisted living at a different community. Yet it's quite a bit more money. They do have a doctor on call, and there's supposed to be a nurse there 24/7, but it just doesn't seem that much different. It seems like they're struggling with staffing, like all places are right now.

We toured Autumn Cove Assisted Living & Memory Care. I like it. It was very clean. The staff seemed to be attentive to the patients there. I think I'm leaning towards it. What I like least about it is that it was very expensive. The staff were very knowledgeable. They gave me a lot of information, and they seemed to care about the seniors. They had like a little snack bar, a sitting room, and a TV. They also had other activities planned. They had daily activities. It was very clean.
Read moreThe staff has been wonderful. My loved one gets out and mingles. I am happy so far,. It is a good place for your loved ones, and so far we have not had any issues. My loved one is getting more attention, and it is more affordable. Overall, I don't have any negative comments/feedback.
