I''ve met two employees that were kind and seemed like they cared about their job, as well as the people staying in this facility. It''s a shame I didn''t catch their names. Everyone else working here has absolutely 0 interest in helping the visitors and residents. In one instance, a resident had a 2pm appointment but could not secure a ride with friends or family. The resident requested information multiple times regarding the facilities ability to transport them to and from their appointment, and was told that no information was available. 9pm the night before (less than 24 hour notice, 17 hours to be exact) the resident was informed, by an employee of the facility, that they would take them to their appointment. The resident had already cancelled the appointment around 1pm to avoid a late cancelation penalty, incurred at and after the 24 hour mark. The employee only responded with "OK, let me know when you''re ready" and stormed out of the room before the resident could ask for more information, as if the entire issue wasn''t the facilities fault. The lack of communication, cleanliness, responsibility, and the general inhumane practices are criminal. I will admit that I feel bad for the employees though. Whoever owns and operates this facility is an absolute garbage human being. Perhaps if the facility wasn''t roach infested, then they could keep their staff and the staff would actually do their job and have some sympathy. This facility should be shut down, and the owner should be in jail for the remainder of their life. They do not help anyone here. If you are an employee, or the owner, and you are reading this - I hope you pray for the atonement of your sins. You are expediting the death of people who are elderly, sick, or even already dying. I pray for the owner to take some responsibility and implement more humane practices. Fumigation is necessary, roaches are everywhere. Re-training is necessary, some of the employees are simply an embarrassment, but as I stated previously: I would not be able to perform my job correctly in such a terribly operated place. For anyone visiting, if you want to request information then good luck. They will tell you any and every lie to prevent doing their job and providing you with the information you need. There are no security cameras at this facility either, so I encourage anyone who has the misfortune of visiting here to document their visit with written notes and, if possible, pictures or videos. Please, if you are reading this and wondering if this is the place for you or your family member, look elsewhere.

The nurse in the 300 hall T. May is absolutely amazing and sweet!!!
The staff very attentive to all residents and their family members and the building is very clean.
Need to give these ladies more to work with chucks. Pads for bed more than tolliet tissue to wipe with this place gets more than enough federal city and private money to this I am tired of being quiet even though I''m considered a charity case

This place is terrible! My great uncle currently stays here and he gets zero care, he didn’t even get fed through the night! Please be considerate of your family and check on them through the night. Also, we called several times to check on him for two days and no answer! Its ridiculous! They didn’t even know he was in there after he came back from the hospital, therefore he wasnt fed, so my family were the ones taking care of him! You might ask why we dont move him but its not fair to him because he knows the people there and most of the staff. Please dont send your family or friends here.
