I''m a paratransit driver and I have picked up many clients weekly from the "chateau". I tell you this is one of 3 worst places in the entire twin cities to bring your loved ones. This is in fact the only nursing home that allows people to enter the entire facility without questioning. When I first started picking up clients there, I would walk in (no work uniform) and stand to the side and no one would ask why I was there for atleast 5-10 mins. I''m sure anyone could enter that place and walk around the entire facility, client rooms and all without question. They dont help the clients prepare for appointments. The workers also do strange things like steal the clients medication. The same worker I suspected that was stealing meds ALSO denied a vet his oxygen tank. The nurse was reported immediately and she provided an oxygen tank that was leaking oxygen. I had to report that nurse to the state for patient neglect and abuse. The people here are on their last days and shame on them for making those days harder. Please dont send your loved ones here, but if you want to send someone you hate here, I guess its one of the best places here in the Twin Cities.

I’ve worked at Augustana on 2m almost 2 year and I don’t know why I stayed that long . This place is so unprofessional and unorganized. The residents are being neglected. The aids don’t feed or clean them properly. They don’t brush their teeth AT ALL LIKE NEVER ‼️. The staff in “staffing” is the first face of this place basically they do all the interviews and hire anybody. They tell everyone business nothing is private all they do is talk about every body and start drama they gossip entirely too much one of them work on 2m as well and she thinks she runs the place . I heard so many stories how she ran so many ppl off of 2m because of her negative attitude she’s never on the floor and when you report anything to the nurse or “clinical manager “ they do NOTHING so I talked to HR about what was going on. On 2m they did nothing meanwhile I trained like 4 ppl my last two weeks there two of them quit bc of the girl That works on 2m and in staffing I told them to report her but instead they were feed up and left and I understand why . This girl and the clinical manager are friends so she does what she wants that’s why the turn over rate here is soo high . The Clinical manager even picks on the female morning nurse causing unnecessary tension on the floor just way too much drama . They couldn’t pay me to come back since I’ve left I was asked to come back multiple times but I turned them all down this place is depressing I was so happy when I started and began to hate my job once I started to see what was really going on here . Even after I left the girl that works In staffing and on 2m has been telling multiple people I quit b/c I didn’t want to give someone a shower no clown I quit bc you damn near 40 and act like a child and I’m done w you and everyone else BS 😀. Stay clear of this place something always comes up missing out of the residents rooms and even your personal items‼️‼️‼️ That’s why they keep changing the name 🤣 this place literally sucks.

Not happy with the care my mother is currently getting!!! The nurse call button is useless since it takes a minimum of 45 minutes for someone to actually check on her. And the 2 twits at the front desk ????? RUDE !!!!!
