If there is something going on we all pitch in to help no matter what your doing for this company management does a great job at this also. This is the only company I have worked for that management jumps in were they need the help no matter what is it n im so greatful to see that. So yes I give them 5 stars n if I could I would do 10 stars 🌟

I just want to say that My grandmother has been at the facility for a short period of time now and this is the first place that she has actually been well taken care of compared to prior places. When I call, everyone has been great with my questions & taking care of my concerns thru-out the whole Covid quarantine. They even went outta there way to let me talk to her on the phone when I called. So yes, I am giving them 5 stars because of their care and kindness towards their patients and the families. I can''t say the same about other facilities we have had experience with.

I was a former employee there and many times/majority of the times I was put in a CNA position, which was not the position I was hired for. I told the executive director I was not a licensed CNA and she kept telling me I was and put me as a CNA when she needed help to fill in time voids. I never took a CNA class nor have i tried to get my CNA license. Many concerns that were brought to my attention I brought to the administer where many of the issues were forgotten about or swept under the rug by them.
