From that first conversation with mckenna, i knew i could trust that my mom was going to be safe, taken care of, and become part of an amazing community. The information packet provided is nothing short of awesome – it lists everyone’s contact information and the people actually answer their phones (including the executive director jody! ). Alex made sure my mom’s individual needs were thoroughly identified and assessed. Amy has gone above and beyond to help me understand the billing. The care and attention that atria park of ann arbor consistently delivers makes it seem like my mom is their only resident. It feels so good to be able to focus on being “the daughter” again, and not be distracted by worry on how to be “the care giver”. When we toured Atria, we were impressed by how many residents were engaged in activities. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and it is clear that they develop a deep understanding of each individual''s needs. Looks like a wonderful place to live.
I have been working at Atria for 13 years now. It has been a wonderful experience. I have had the chance to work in each department. The director team is supportive and always willing to step in and help when needed.

My mom and I went there to have lunch with Stacy to check this Home out. Everybody was very nice and accommodating. The food was very good. I was not ready to place my mom yet a few days ago I popped in to look at memory care without an appointment, Stacy could not have been nicer. She took me right up to memory care when I entered memory care. All the residents were out, looking happy and the staff was keeping them busy. The energy up there felt so positive. The staff looked like they were enjoying their job. It made me feel really good. It was very clean and smelled very clean to. I’m hoping one day I can place my mom there. I just want to thank Stacy and McKenna for always giving me the information I need there very supportive and kind.
Read moreI have toured the community recently and enjoyed seeing the staff interacting with the residents. I also had lunch and the food was good. The apartments are reasonable in size as well. The value for cost is reasonable as well. I would recommend you to come in and see this community.
