The activities are really good. I do go out and I take my little dog out 3 times a day. The staff here is very good. They have a beauty salon on site and they have Farmer's Market coming in often enough. They have some good bands that come to play on the patio, which is very nice.
Read moreThe staff at Atria Hillcrest are all extremely friendly. Room for improvement: I do think that it would be nice if they offered more excursions (activities off the property) for the residents who are there.
Run! They can improve by getting, management that actually cares and knows the whereabouts of the residents. I would recommend the community to others. I would make sure that you make sure it is the right fit for your loved one. If you want quick response to questions or concerns, this may not be the place for you. There can be delays due to waiting on doctors; however, the staff that keep talking to you are very friendly. Some requests are not done in a timely manner, and this can be frustrating sometimes. The staff are good at checking on the residents and keeping them safe. There are three meals a day served and there is also a bistro area for the residents to pick up items to take with them.
