Buyer Beware - Terrible Client Communications I recently attempted the intake process for long term care. The intake person never returned a dozen calls and never replied to various emails. When, after 13 days, I finally got her on the phone, she expressed indifference and ended up suggesting a different facility. Horrible experience. To be fair - They did an adequate job for 4 weeks acute rehab for Dad in July 2021. Obviously they''d had staff changes for intake personnel since then.

I had a bad experience. Everyone was so great! They were so kind, caring, professional, & funny. They took excellent care of me. I am home & doing great because of the care I was given at Ashley. If you have a loved one, they will do well at Ashley.
