great place for your loved one to be cared for properly and respectfully. The nurses and nurses aids do an amazing job, they are respectful and very hardworking. I worked here and it was great! spacious private rooms with restrooms for each resident, open floor plan for dining, great activities for them to participate in. the front office personnel down to the MDS coordinator provide personal meetings for each resident and make a care plan that best fits that persons needs. I would highly recommend either working or give your loved one a safe and great place to stay whether its for short term medical rehabilitation or long term.

If you love your loved one don’t trust this place. After 8 months had to move my mom because of poor care and terrible food Activities were substandard The director doesn’t care about the residents

If you are looking for a skilled nursing facility for your family member in the Lake Ozark area you don''t need to look any further than Stonebridge Senior Living (it used to be Lakeside Manor under entirely different management). My mother was fortunate enough to be cared for in this facility several times during the past couple of years. The expectation of kindness, respect, and excellent care starts at the top with Administrator Judy Carte, RN and is consistently honored by every member of the staff. The staff cared for my mother as if she were a member of their family and their concern also carried over to other members of our family like myself. I consider this even more exceptional given the threat of Covid, and long hours both nurses and CNA''s work. Stonebridge is everything you hope to find in a long-term care facility.
