I am ashamed that a place like this exist, The communication is non-existent between staff and family, none of the aids that I have encounter follow the healthcare plan for my mother, but they might since I was never allowed to see a healthcare plan. My mother''s room is filthy. I''ve caught the staff in several lies. Walked in one night to check on my mother, after she called crying because she was hungry and had been left on the toilet for over an hour and two staff we''re in a violent argument in front of everyone, now that''s professional. I have proof of all of this pictures, videos and witnesses. I would say if you have a loved one in there and you can remove them as soon as possible. I didn''t want to give this place even one star but I couldn''t write the review unless I did. I have been a mandated reporter most of my life as I started working in this field when I was 17 years old and believe me I have reported this place and will continue to report it.

Read moreId give zero stars if i could. Staff is horrible. Staff were fighting infront of patience family and vistors. Staff doesnt follow patience plans. Staff lies about following their patience plans. Staff broke hipaa about another patience. The state needs to shut this place down.
Friendly staff. When asked for help, co workers are willing to stop what they are doing to help out. Or they will finish their tasks and then come to help others. Always super nice and very friendly .
The 1st stay was good and they treated our grandmother well. After that it went down hill and I would not recommend them again. I hope no one else has a bad experience like our grandmother did. 😞
