The Arbor Terrace Willistown community provided peace of mind that our mother was cared for like family. We observed all the staff engaging with the residents in the Memory Care unit. Umu was a wonderful, sweet primary caregiver! Pilar''s passion to create engagement activities was wonderful! Tanya and Lakia were always responsive to questions and requests. Denis and Sam provided great guidance during the move-in process. Again, just a wonderful experience and we are grateful to everyone at Arbor Terrace Willistown.

As a Social Services Director in a local SNF, we often provide residents/families with alternative placement options after their rehab stay and Arbor Terrace Willistown is at the top of the list. From my perspective, Denise and Sam in their admissions/marketing department are very easy to work with which allows for a more seamless transition when new residents decide to admit there, and also when their current residents come to us for a brief rehab stay. I thoroughly enjoy having a great working relationship who a personal care facility that cares about the residents as much as we do!

Our experience with Denise Cleveland, community sales director, has been an informative, productive journey. She has been so patient as we struggle to choose the best community for my mother. She listened to our concerns and encouraged a second visit where we went back and forth between two rooms and ultimately were able to get the best room. We have been impressed with the number of aides and how happy the residents appear! Thanks, Denise, for your time!

The staff especially, those within memory care treats and cares for my mum very well. My mum has adjusted quite well to this senior living facility compared the previous one from almost one month ago. She is more engaged with others and walks about a little more. A great weight has been lifted off my shoulders knowing that she is closer with respect to driving distance and is safe.

I am sad to say that our experience from August of 2022 to January of 2023 was horrific. Our mom was moved into memory care here and we were told one thing and given another. We were not informed that they did not have a Director of Memory care and then in the continuing months they went thru 3 different memory care directors who knew little about dementia, who were unaware of what was happening at night, who couldn''t keep the residents clean, showered, or fed. We hired our own caregivers to assist the aides at Arbor Terrace because the aides that they had could not provide eyes on all the residents they had. They would wheel them all into one room in order to keep an eye on them: A room so small that their wheelchairs were tangled and they would have 1 person watch them but not provide any socialization or interaction. Oh the horrors we saw. Residents who went to the hospital malnourished because the aides would push them up to a table in the dining room but not ensure they ate, residents who sat in dirty depends because the aide said they were "not MY resident"...everyone passed the buck. I do not blame all the aides. Some cared, but others did not at all. The residents broke out into a screaming match and got so physical on Christmas night that my mom cried and was shaking because she was so scared. I could go on and on. This is probably the only negative review I''ve ever left anywhere, but my heart hurts and I want to warn others to be constantly aware. The sales person was amazing and sold us and then we never saw her again nor did anyone follow up on negative experiences. I feel that their corporate office is only about the bottom line and finances and will sell you a bill of goods.
