The community and rooms are nice. It is like a new building. However, since my loved ones have been in the community the staff have been turned over several times. There is only one staff member at times that is consistently there to care for the residents. The community isn't able to uphold the...
The community and rooms are nice. It is like a new building. However, since my loved ones have been in the community the staff have been turned over several times. There is only one staff member at times that is consistently there to care for the residents. The community isn't able to uphold their promises due to the staff not being able to be there to care for the residents. The director position hasn't been filled in several months. The van is there for transportation, and since my loved ones have been in the community the van hasn't been used for transportation. The community consistently states excuses about why the van isn't being used for transportation for the residents.

As a former employee I would not suggest anyone take their loves one to this facility. Management has changed hands and it was bad before that happened. The facility doesn''t have a director and has been unsuccessful in keeping the three that were hired in the 5 months have lasted longer then three weeks. Also there is not enough culinary staff and sometimes the residents assistants have to care for residents and cook and serve meals.

This community was okay. We were disappointed in our experience. My loved one had a short experience here. My ratings are based on experiences from other people, such as my loved one. I met [name removed] and I think she was a nice lady.
They are making heroic efforts to keep their residents safe and content during these difficult times
