Visited with my neighbor and it seemed that the staff was very polite and on top of things. There was lots of sanitizing stations and everyone was wearing a mask., I''m sure everyone felt safe with this. All in all it was a nice visit
The nursing staff and physical therapist did their best to care for their residents.
It is a pleasant place to visit. The staff are kind and courteous.
Cooney Home was very friendly with a comfortable atmosphere.
The caring, end of life care workers are amazing. The are very kind and thoughtful. May God bless our health care workers. Thank you

I am giving this place a 4 only because I was not able to physically see my mom and the interactions. My mom was on the rehab side. What I can say is the Mack and Melinda responsiveness and care meant the world to me. They really seemed like they cared about their people. I have called them even after my mom''s discharge to ask question and they made me FEEL so comfortable and like I was not burdening them. I assume that care transfers to their residents.
