I spent 30 days in rehab in the facility they did a good jobs helping me with y wounds however they lost the majority of my clothes and where not willing to replace them and they where not willing to ŕeplAce them please replace my property

Well I''m here to eat crow. I wish I didn''t have to do this but anyway, the last review I posted was actually praising this place. Where to start out of the 10 nurses I met 3 of them were very professional and would listen to your problems. The only few were RUDE as hell they would tell you what you want to hear and that is the last you would hear or see them. I was sent here right from the hospital to get antibiotics IV treatment alolnd rehab and have wound care on my foot lol lmao this is the joke of the year wound care lol I knew more than th "wound care nurse" I was to get a wound vac put on my wound had it on for a total of maybe 10 hrs maybe. She never put on before so that was the last of that. She would lay the bandages scissors on the very nasty unsanitary floor and expected to put it on my wound lol I made sure to speak to the boss of the unit about what I observed and she just kept doing paperwork and was ignoring me to the best of my knowledge. I gave my clothes to the laundry department and it took 8 days to get them back, I lost 2 new pairs of Levi''s and 3 tshirts just so I would have clothes they gave me someone else clothes. The food was a 3 out of 10 for 3 days there dietitian department all called off so aides had to do the cooking if that is what you call it, we got a bologna sandwich with a scoop of peas the bread was soaked I threw it away this went on for 3 days. Before I left the hospital we called t ask if they would be able to get me to the DR in Valpo every morning to get my meds, the man that took care of that acted like they never knew anything about it, I reminded them that I was setting with the case manager at the hospital with them on speaker and they said no that''s not a problem, soon as I got there he acted like they changed there minds. I made a few calls and they had to make good on it. I was there 3 weeks and if my insurance hadn''t told them that it was time for me to go home, I was Ready to leave anyway. NEVER AGAIN DON''T PUT YOUR LOVED ONES THREW THE HELL OF THIS.... PLEASE 🙏

So I guess you have to see for yourself and don''t believe reviews whole hearted lee . If things change I will definitely write another review. God bless you all 🙏 There are some residents that are pitiful so never ever take it for granted that your life can change in a second. Stroke patients that all they can do is blink their eyes and no family ever comes to see them, young girl hit head on by a drunk driver is crippled and only has 10 % of her brain.
