Let me start off by saying before I came here I didn’t know what to expect.You hear all the horror stories about going into a nursing home and I was having a horrible time trying to find reliable home care, so obviously I was nervous. But from the moment I got there the staff far exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I want to give a special thank you to Kim, the intake manager, Who went out of her way to accommodate me at the last minute. She made sure nothing was left to chance and that I was completely comfortable. She impressed me even more when I seen her working the floor making sure no patients need went unmet. Class act all around.

My husband spent several days at Ambler Extended Care Center for Respite Care. I called to make an appointment to speak with Kim Webster about a reservation for his stay. She was very accommodating when I had to change the reservation due to a change in my plans. The staff was waiting for him when we arrived. They were ready to welcome him which made him more comfortable. Cindy reviewed everything with me and reassured me that he would be well taken care of during my absence. When I went to bring him home he was laughing and joking with the staff and left them with a "see you next time".
