Don’t be fooled by its luxury location in Fleming Island, it’s more like a low budget expensive mess. Let’s start with the lack of professional appearance by staff, they are a motley crew of flea market workers, next the kitchen serves food that you could find in any grade school cafeteria. For the amount of money charged for the rooms you would think the food options and service would be high quality, well it’s not. Lastly one would think that it would be a friendly environment well no to that too. I had the displeasure of having the ED not even crack a smile to greet a potential new resident, and the RSD oozed tastelessness. Not a place I would ever place someone I love or even disliked.

There are many activities for her to enjoy throughout the day. The staff takes great care of her. Whenever we visit she is always clean and happy! We Love ALL the staff! My experience at Allegro has been very positive. I called Lisa on the phone about a future resident and she was so helpful and she made the process very easy for me. She was so kind and answered all my questions. She made a very stressful situation into a positive experience. I have been so satisfied the care that my love one is receiving here at Allegro. We chose Allegro because they had respite care available at that time. They do have aw lot activities for residents to do which is nice since my parents are so active. We would recommend them to others looking.
