My grandfather didn’t even last 3 months here before passing away due to the staff being negligent to his needs. There isn’t enough staff to handle the capacity of patients. It’s a free for all. Numerous times his property from clothing to shoes was being worn by other patients. His wheel chair would be taken out of his room when he had difficulty walking as well. He suffered from dementia so he wasn’t able to speak up for himself but our family noticed and brought it to the staff’s attention but nothing changed. He was constantly being changed from different floors to rooms. Staff didn’t even keep up with his medical records that were given to them upon arrival. Needless to say, it was one of the worst decisions for our family to place him in this “center” or whatever you want to call this rundown dump. Don’t send your loved ones here if you have other options and do your research!

Everyday their ambulances blocking our driveway, l can’t move my car or can’t park to my own parking spot. Everytime l’m late to my meetings or late to pickup my 3 years old son from daycare! A few time we had health emergency and had to get an uber to hospital instead of our car because again the ambulance was blocking our driveway! I understand they have situations but there are alot of free parking spot on the street, even in front of thir their building but they prefer to block ours. Whenever l go inside to talk to the reception they never listen! Whenever l try to ambulances drivers they yelled at me! No wonder what else they could do ! Everytime l had to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to find the driver! I’m so sick and tired to deal with this angry, disrespectful people! I don’t wanna imagine how they treat to their old patients! Just a little bit respect please! PS: Do not bring your loved ones here, stuff is always so angry and unprofessional! Update: This place keep blocking our driveway even though they have large parking lot next to their building! We are unable to park in front of our property or unable to move our car when we need to go out! Many times we had emergency situations but again every time we had to ride uber because they always block our drive way! It’s impossible to deal with these disrespectful people! God forbid if you try to find the driver or ask them to move their car or ambulance! They don’t understand! They don’t care! Imagine we are trying to explain these people why this is wrong! Update : On 10.07.2020 we came home but couldn’t go inside because Alaris Health’s 2 ambulances blocked the way as usual! They one of them blocked our driveway way ( our parking lot ) and the other ambulance was left to middle of the street! What they could do ? They can simply park in front of the facility so other people can use the way/road or go to their home too! After 25 minutes we asked them to park to their parking lot next time ambulance staff woman started to yell at us and said shut the f... up! Imagine this is happening in front of kids and senior people ( facility patients) These people impossible to communicate! I wonder what they would to next time! Please see the pictures below. Again we tried to talk to facility staff about this situation so many times in 4 years but they prefer to yell instead of listening! Horrible and disrespectful! Another day, we came home and we couldn’t park inside our driveway because Alaris Health vehicle was parked infront of our home and blocking our driveway. There is no driver inside the car. We have to wait for them to move the car. When we go to inside and try to find out where is the driver they always say “ they don’t know “ . Imagine waisting your time like this almost everyday. We are sick and tired to deal with these people.

Excellent facility. Not only does my niece Jamie work there as an office manager, the place is taking very good care of her mother, my sister. I highly recommend.
I am in room 426-1 This is not nursing home they canceled my doctor appointment for today and they canceled my lawyer appointment 2 days ago they closed the pinto I can’t have fresh air outside I am in Depression i can’t stay in close place for longer I have phobia
