This nursing home as a whole doesn’t deserve 1star. My mother has been working in this facility since 1991. Her first and only job in the states. She works in the kitchen department, her title is dietary. A few years back due to her duties and unfixed problems in her department she injured her shoulder and hands. She reported injuries and as protocol, she was sent to their designated care center for evaluation. she was given medication and she continued to work under the same conditions which made her injuries even more painful. Now needing surgeries that the company should have paid for but didn’t, she was forced to get lawyers involved. Now forwarding to this present year she is 6 surgeries in going on another, now on a workers comp case. First insurance company handling her case has now filed for bankruptcy. This new one has not answered to any of her lawyers requests. The company’s lawyer can’t even get a hold of them. If this company can’t value their employees who work hard to provide services for the residents who reside there. How can anyone trust that they will care and provide the best services for your loved ones. Changing their name didn’t make them any better.
