I’ve had my father in two other homes. If we would have known about ADL, this would have been his first and only home for him. [name removed] and the staff take real good care of my father and the other residence . He’s all ways talking about how good his girls take care of him. I have noticed a big difference when they walk in he gets a big smile on his face. They pick, play and joke with each other. He’s very happy. Any health issues with him [name removed] calls and tells what’s going on. A nurse had come for her monthly visit, she called and told me that dad needed hospice. he was was doing good. I call [name removed] and ask her about the call from the nurse. [name removed] told me he needed to go to the hospital. I agreed ambulance was called. He had a UT infection. She called me back I told her I didn’t want that nurse to see him again. She agreed with me and would take care of it. ADL cares about their residences. As of today 12/17/2021 no staff or residences has Cove at 19.

We chose ADL assisted living because it was highly recommended to us and so we decided to go ahead with it and I am very glad that we did. The facility is close so I can visit often which is very nice. The room sizes here are not bad. Everything I go over there the staff members are very friendly and ready to help. Last week I had no power and they offered for me to come stay there and that really impressed me. I would recommend them.

So far, everything's been going pretty great with ADL Assisted Living. I'm getting daily and weekly updates from the staff and from the nursing staff. I speak with my dad also 'cause he has a cellphone, so he calls and speaks with me also. The staff is very welcoming, and any questions, there's no questions I can't ask, they're always attentive to him and to me when I come, and they make sure that anything I need to give to him, for him, or whatever, they contact me, let me know, and they make sure any changes or anything like that, they're right on it to him with it. He says the food is OK. So far it's fine, they do make sure his personal hygiene is taken care of and his room. Most of the things that are done for activities right now, they've been in the media room, but I can't really say anything about activities.
