I liked Brookdale North Euclid. I thought they were nice. I felt like the staff knew their residents because sometimes during the tour, the person was referring to them. I feel like they might need one or two more staff members, just because it seemed like a lot of the people were trying to do two or three jobs at the same time, which can be very stressful. They're very nice people though. The facility was older. I liked the rooms, especially the single room, but it was built more like a dorm, like if you were in a school. It needs a makeover.

My father moved into Brookdale North Euclid. I like it. It is clean and nice. I like the staff and the nurse that brings him his medicine. They are nice and friendly. It's a very nice facility. His room is nice and clean. He had a window, a bed, a bathroom, a closet, a refrigerator, and a micro...

His room is nice and clean. He had a window, a bed, a bathroom, a closet, a refrigerator, and a microwave. My dad likes the food there. They have a TV room and there are different seating areas. They have a lot of activities available for the residents.

I am impressed with Brookdale. I would have no hesitation bringing another loved one to live there. My dad was very much welcomed there. Also, just fyi, [name removed], one of the managers there, helped my dad with his transition. He was allowed to go over for lunch a few times before he made his final decision, and [name removed] made every effort to accommodate us in every way. The attention my dad received was very warm and personal. In addition, I don't know if you know this, but potential new residents are allowed to spend one month at Brookdale to get a good feel for it, and to help them with their decisions. They just pay for the month. Everything is provided during that time.

I like [name removed], the business office manager and the sales manager lady as well. I sent Brookdale North Euclid an email giving a special thanks to [name removed], one of their caregivers. She is very hardworking, and she immediately came if I needed her to. If I had an urgent call, she would immediately take care of whatever I needed. In regards to meals, I'm Muslim so I don't eat pork. I told them that and they took care of my needs, they made sure to never give me pork or bacon. They don't accept Medicare/Medicaid or any kind of insurance, so you do have to pay out of pocket. The staff that I knew in the facility were very good. [name removed], the business office manager was helping me so much. So in general, Brookdale staff and the assisted living facility itself are great. If you are capable of paying with your own money, it's a very good place. If I become capable of paying with my own money, I would go back again. I was very comfortable at Brookdale.
