If there was a problem, someone would get back to me immediately and rectify the situation to our satisfaction. The owner of A-1 looked over our case as if it were her family member in need. They sent a gentleman who was so engaging with my husband as he worked diligently with him. He even accompanied my husband to the gym to make sure he had a light workout. This improved his physical condition and his mental attitude. I would recommend A-1 for anyone who needs reliable, hard working and caring home health care. The name A-1 stands by it's reputation.
