The staff are very sweet and caring, when they are able to find staff. We've gone through several weeks of no/show, no/calls. [name removed], the casemanager had to work several times to cover during staff absences or unavailability. They are struggling to find and keep staff. We have two GREAT staff now but the agency can't afford to pay them competitive wages, so we will likely loose them soon.
