I was there visiting my brother Larry Thompson the facility was very clean and organized how ever when Larry needed help getting out of his wheelchair and back into his bed I went to the nurse station to tell them that he needed help it was over and hour no one showed up I went back to the nurse station and finally got help other than that the facility is very nice

Staff is excellent!! Coming from a new facility with horrible staff, to Weatherford where the staff actually cares is such a relief. My mom is actually being given compassionate care!

This is Susan Rogers and my husband Keith Roger''s passed away last week. I left his power wheelchair there. I made a mistake doing that. I need it delivered back to our home, please. I have to turn it back in. Thank you, Susan Rogers
