The last time I visited my family member here they were telling me about a nurse named Deanna and stated she was very rude to them and also very rude and disrespectful to staff. if i was a manager or something I would fire her. We as families have to trust that the nurses will give there 100% for caring for our family members. And if i visit my family member again and this is continuing i will for sure talk to management and hope talk to this rude and disrespectful nurse Deanna. and be moving my family member out of there. ASAP!

Did not have a good experience with transcendent. Do not send your loved ones to this facility. I cried every day I had to leave my father at this horrible nursing home. The last day he was there, only one nurse in the entire nursing home was working. I’m not sure how they keep their doors open to...
