I would absolutely recommend the community at Escalante of Draper to anyone. I would encourage them to talk to the staff about the process of transitioning a loved one. They helped me so much. I would say that the community is warm, welcoming, and very relaxed. Feels like home! We picked this community, because of the staff. When I took a tour, the director let me talk to the residents themselves about what they liked. The staff here bends over backward for the residents. They treat me like family and take incredible care of my mom.

Read moreI had a nice tour of Escalante at Draper. It was a 2-story building and it was a little bit older but still in good shape. It looked more like a motel. The manager who gave me the tour was very nice and accommodating. He even called me a week later to make a follow-up.

As of last week, they still have not taken out the rent t his month, they keep pulling from my loved ones checking account even though they are only supposed to pull out of savings. We have asked a couple of questions about care and documentation of certain items and things that are going on, and that has not been done and it has now been about 2 months. Overall there are just some improvements they could make to better the whole experience.
