I toured The Villages of Rosemont. I wasn't too impressed with them. They didn't give me a warm, comfortable feeling. The staff who gave the tour was OK. She answered whatever questions I asked. They showed me the rooms and the dining area, and that's pretty much it. Nothing spectacular, nothing impressive. The area they're located in is nice, but that's about it. They acted like they didn't know I had a tour scheduled, so that would probably be nice to be a little more up on that, but they did get a person to give me a tour of her and everything.

My tour at The Villages of Rosemont was nice. It was kind of an older facility so it has more of a nursing home feel to it. It had a nice director who was very personable. It was a much smaller facility than the other ones I've seen. Their rooms were also more like a nursing home, they were small rooms that had a hospital feel to them. There wasn't very much space. They have a larger room but with the roommate option, it just didn't have the same feel as the other facilities. They had a dining area, it was quite beautiful. And they have a beauty salon for the residents.

We went for a tour at this community and they had us just sitting there and we could not get in. The manager on duty was not responding and told us to wait. we waited for over 20 mins and seemed like they were just not getting to us. She seemed to be to busy and if that was the first impression we did not want to run into another situation where they were to busy to help my loved one. No one else came to help her out and we just knew it was not the right place.

Everything at The Villages of Rosemont looked very nice. They have nice furniture and they have a TV that's out for everybody. It's a nice place to stay. The rooms and the building itself looked nice. The lady said that they do activities with the residents and she was also extremely nice....

The rooms and the building itself looked nice. The lady said that they do activities with the residents and she was also extremely nice. Just by interacting with her, I get a feeling that she's a very pleasant person. She had other things going on and stuff like that, but she stopped what she was doing and printed out Medicaid information that I would need for the future, even if I didn't go with them. I thought that was nice as well because they didn't have to do that.
