The facility is beautiful, the amenities are impressive, the meals are delicious. Most importantly the staff are always smiling and kind and treat Mom and our whole family like we are welcome and wanted.
Great facility and great staff.
Worst possible care facility I’ve ever experienced. Does not know how to engage with dementia patients. Highly recommend finding another facility if you care about your family member. Edit: your top priority is not the patients.
