Words can not express my gratitude to the kindness, professionalism, and patience extended by Ms. China. She went above and beyond in assisting getting my mother’s application processed. Sterling Oaks has certainly the right person in place as Ms. China was very understanding and maintained communication throughout the whole process. I am so very appreciative to her and her team. We have encountered nothing but kindness with the staff members thus far. Everyone has been very caring.

This place is deplorable. The Director of Nursing is a nurse that graduated with her RN in 2020 indicating little experience as a registered nurse. Her management of the nursing care is ineffective. Very dissatisfied with the nursing care.

Excellent facility! Very clean, caring and compassionate staff. I worked for this particular facility from 2017-2020, and it truly had a family environment. I''ve worked in a few facilities and this one in particular has touched my heart. From the wacky Community Director, Theresa to the Awesome Long term care nurse Hawah, they all love their job and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this facility for employment and Longterm or Rehab placement alike🖤
