Spring Harbor knows about my mother’s poor health condition and does nothing about it- and is fixated instead on charging astronomical rates. This review could have been avoided had they simply picked up the phone.

My mom is in memory care and calls me everyday stating she is scared of the staff there. Says they are mean and rude to her. For the amount of money she pays to live there, she needs to feel secure
