I’m very surprised at the 4.6 star rating. Staff should not be allowed to give reviews to make a building look better. As a family member of a resident I can give an honest review. This place is terrible!!!!! My mother is only there because there were no dialysis seats available in Northern Indiana. The staff is VERY rude. On more then one occasion. The rooms are dirty. My mother does not have legs and is unable to pick things up. Also In the pic you will notice toilet paper in bed pan that had been there for a few days. My mom doesn’t use the toilet. An aide left it like that. Scheduled meds are always running out and not being reordered in time (including narcotics) when asked can you pull from EDK. The key to EDK is missing. Management is never anywhere to be found. They rarely return your phones calls. I say rarely because they did return a call one time. You will have a very hard time getting a hold of a nurse. They do not keep family informed on residents condition and condition changes. Knat infestation at one time.

She is now able to walk and function on her own at home because of the help of the therapy team when she was there. Every time I called to talk with her the staff were friendly and helpful.

I am in Activities. We have alot of different activities during the week. Bingo, movies, dice games enjoying the good weather outside. I love the residents and working at Signature Healthcare. They are all caring and I guarantee you will enjoy your stay.
I just want to say how much we appreciate all the staff here. They are kind people who go above and beyond for my aunt. My aunt is genuinely happy here and we couldn’t be happier with the care she gets.
