I stayed here for therapy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was really good and the facility is clean.Therapy helped me recover well.
The staff care about the residents and the effort put into making this facility run smoothly is obvious. Definitely worth a look.
Friendly staff and very accommodating. Good value for money

The only reason Redmond Care and Rehabilatation receives 2 stars, is because their residents were friendly, and enjoyable to visit with while my mom was in their care. We had several issues with the care, and financial management departments. A case where a few bad nurses drags down the rest of the teams’ grades. My mom was here while recovering from hip replacement surgery, and had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia 18 months prior. While visiting my mom, several times her wheelchair had been placed in the fully reclined position so that her feet could not touch the ground, and she could not move herself around the facility. After bringing this up to the head nurse, she verified that this was unacceptable behavior from her staff, and would put an end to the practice. 4-5 more times after having this discussion, the same practice was still being used. We checked her out after this practice was not resolved in a timely fashion. There was also an incident with a male resident, whom I discovered had wheeled my mom into another patient’s room, and was trying to get her to lie in the bed. This was after searching for my mom for 20 minutes with no luck. I finally just started opening doors, and luckily found her with this guy in a few minutes. I met with 3 different nurses that night, and asked them to make a note of it in their records, and to make sure that they were observing their patients well enough to keep something like this from happening again. They assured me that they would make a note, and notify all of the shifts of this incident. I documented this incident in my files. When my dad met with the nurses the following day, none of them had been notified of this incident, and had no real idea what had happened, and how serious we thought the issue was. After confirming that all of my mom’s care had been paid for, (this was 2 months after her stay) we received another bill from them. They stated that the physical therapy that my mom was attending while in their care, had been deemed by them, and the insurance company as being to no effect on her rehabilitation. Rather than discontinue the physical therapy, that they had deemed was not improving her condition, they continued to have her attend the physical therapy sessions at our expense. Apparently, they had my dad sign something while she was in their care explaining that the physical therapy was of no use to her care, and would continue without the insurance companies payments. (Make sure you read the fine print, especially during stressful times, and events) My dad remembers signing the form, however, the physical therapy part was not explained to him, and they did the used car salesman lease signing trick, explaining that he was signing this form to submit to the insurance company for the physical therapy. In fact, it was to get him to pay the expenses. After writing them a check at a meeting with their financial department, my dad verified that this would be the last payment, and there were no other charges that would be outstanding. This meeting occurred more than 3 months after her discharge. 2 months later, we received another bill from Redmond Rehab, and again, my dad met with their financial department representative. While at this meeting, my dad explained that he did not think these charges were valid, and he did not want to pay the “remaining charges”. Another lady in the office at the time, who did not introduce herself, got up, and let my dad know that Redmond Rehab would waive these charges, and close the account out. My dad thanked her for listening, and understanding why these charges should have been included in the bill when he closed out the account 3-4 months earlier. My dad thought that was the end of it. He received another bill for these same charges 60-90 days after this meeting. It finally resolved itself after letting Redmond Care, and Rehab know that we would be contacting the Insurance Commissioner, Attorney General, and the news media of their practices. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

We have had our mother Fatima moved into the Redmond Rehab Center in June of 2020. We had the BEST experience, excellent care, Cheerful Staff and left after she''re recovered. After few weeks, my mom was in better shape coming out physically. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs the care. Thanks to all the staff member working there; especially during this Pandemic.
