My 88 year old father was at this location for seven days (left this week). The experience was HORRIBLE to put it simply. My 88 year old father was at this location for seven days (left this week). The experience was HORRIBLE to put it simply. He was at the same location about 20 months ago and it was very good at that time but has slipped substantially. Some examples: no washcloths available for an entire week. No full-size towels available for an entire week (provided with hand towels to dry after a shower). An ultrasound ordered “stat” on a Wednesday still hadn’t been completed by the following Monday (with no follow-up by anyone). Bed not changed for the entire week he was there. Pushed the red “help” button and average response time was 20-40 minutes, regardless of the urgency. Rarely was a requested meal correct. My dad left early due to the poor experience and has vowed he’ll never go back, regardless of the circumstances. Per a staff member at this location, there was a management change here several months ago and the facility has seriously declined since that time. I’d highly suggest you consider other options before going to this facility. Never again for my father.

I''ve been here three times, when I needed more physical therapy, i said i would only come here. It''s always nice and clean, and the people are so helpful. I wouldn''t ever try anyplace else but Total in moorestown.
