As an employee at this company my experience was a journey to forget. The shady going-on’s started from day one. I was promised one payment to start and a sign on bonus. When the onboarding was complete, the pay amount suspiciously dropped to a ridiculously lower amount. I try to discuss this matt...
As an employee at this company my experience was a journey to forget. The shady going-on’s started from day one. I was promised one payment to start and a sign on bonus. When the onboarding was complete, the pay amount suspiciously dropped to a ridiculously lower amount. I try to discuss this matter with the administrator who suspiciously refused to talk to me. I was never informed that this establishment was a behavioral establishment which I had no experience working with and no training was offered. I was then ask not to come to work involving an incident with a resident, but no call came through to return. When I tried calling them, the shady lie came through that I self terminated in order to keep from paying unemployment benefits (if they even have unemployment insurance)I never received a penny of the sign on bonus or a penny of accumulated vacation pay. Um! Wonder where all that money went. Anyone wanting a professional work environment, don’t work there!!!!!! The one star I gave them is because there is no option for zero stars.
