The only people who would like this place are the ones who''ve never had to work here. You sign up for a 12 hour shift end up working 16 or 20 because they''ve scheduled to few staff; only to get your pay and see they''ve stiffed you on the extra hours they made you work under threat of getting fired and reported. The hardest thing I had to do was walk away from my patients but it was that or my own mental and physical health.
