My Mema (Grandma) has been in here since January 13th after being majorly neglected at a hospital. She was in horrible shape and the staff here has done amazing with her. She has improved so much since being here. When we had the snow/ice storm several of the workers stayed there to make sure the residents would be taken care of if others couldn''t make it. Then a stomach bug went thru there this week & several workers weren''t able to come to work or had to leave because they were sick & others stepped in who have their CNA license but do other jobs now so that the residents would be taken care of. This place has improved so much & they truly care about their residents. I''m so thankful for all their hard work!

My Mom came into this nursing home about 5 weeks ago for skilled nursing and I have came up everyday all day long and even got snowed in and had to stay a few nights. They have been so good and caring. I know you are saying it''s because I''m here, but you are so wrong! I have seen and heard them with every patient even the ones who try their patience. Never a cross word, maybe a firm word. When they were afraid of their workers making it in to work, they either brought in their RV or just bunked in rooms! If you are looking to put a loved one in I can promise you, you will not find a better place!

I would not send my worst enemy to this joke of a facility. They neglected my grandmother multiple times. Every time I’d visit they had her sit in her soiled pants for hours at a time. When I went to the front desk to discuss this I was told “ma’am we will get to it when we can.k.” In a a hateful voice. Meadowbrook also over medicated my grandmother and it almost killed her. When sent to the ER they were scooping crushed up pills and food out of her throat. Also, the room they put her in was absolutely disgusting. Stains were all over some chair they threw her in and dirt was everywhere. Luckily...we got her to St.Francis and they were able to reverse the damage meadowbrook did. Hateful staff, neglect patients, and unsanitary. DO NOT send your loved ones here.

Worked there for 4 months the Administrator Jennifer lied to family members as did ADon Gale Moore who would cuss the Administrator created a hostile work environment went in sick on day could not even stand up Management refused to relieve me was told to go lay down which I refused reported them to state, state refused to do anything to them new nurse just licensed made more money than i did being a nurse for over 13.5 years at the time Gale likes to barate employees DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
