The staff is very disrespectful they barely help their patients they leave them laying is there feces all day worse place ever I have video footage on my phone this place needs to be closed down

This place is a disgrace to the healthcare community. This facility needs to be highly investigated or shut down. God Please watch over all of the residents that are in that god forsaken place.

This place is HORRIBLE for your loved ones. The staff that I interacted with was African American and none of them should have been working in a place of care where people are in some of the most vulnerable positions of their lives where they must rely on caregivers to do just that; give CARE! What I witnessed and experienced at Majestic was horrible and the level of care and compassion given to my loved one was disgraceful. When you asked a question, the staff was inpatient and insensitive and behaved like they could care less about your concern for your loved one. When your loved one required attention they were ignored for long periods of time and then when they did get attention, it was short and quick. No amount of TLC to help the patient recover in a Majestic way. Lord, the food! I pray the Lord has mercy on those people that must tolerate what looked like slop for food as I would not even feed a dog. My loved one could not stomach the food either, as not only did it look a mess, it also tasted horrible. I do want to give credit where it is due and that is to a couple of white nurses that were much more civil and professional. They took the time to speak with us intelligently and with compassion, unlike the AA staff we interacted with at Majestic should not be allowed to care for someone''s most precious assets, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, etc. May God Bless The residents of Majestic and keep them safe from their caregivers because they know and God knows that they are not doing their jobs! If you are reading this and considering this a a rehab facility for your loved one(s) please, stay away!

I agree with a few comments (of the few I read from 3 months ago). I''m here for rehab. With the care and attention I''ve received so far, I may as well be home. Morning (when personnel is here) can''t come fast enough! I''m checking out and going home. I''ll post more after I''m out of here. FOUR (4) DAYS LATER: After settling down (from first post) I started to read more reviews. A few were pleased; a lot not. The care you get depends on the indivual staff person. I''ve had a slight few who had compassion and great work ethnic. Others not
Read moreNot very good place. My grandmother is there and the food is terrible. And she''s quarantined and they havent given her a shower in 14 days. Would not recommend it at all.
