Terrible place for rehab. Staff there was terrible. They cut me off after 28 days and I was there for six months and got nothing. They claimed it was because of Medicare and it had nothing to do with Medicare. This was all going to be billed through workman''s comp. I also broke a tooth on food that they served and they refused to go and pay for the fixing of it. The staff otherwise was great. I am so full of BS and they gave it right back to me. It was great. Only problem is that they were so understaffed that they worked them to death. I felt so sorry for them. Overall I would never go back to this place. I would go to Centracare in Monticello. If you''re for rehab go there.

The staff are caring and very supportive of my family member. During COVID they started OVER charging for extra items. they charged us $25 dollars just to get my family member a cup of water. Also if they cared about the status of the food on the assisted living side as they for the residents in the nursing home. The food is always code, vegetable are always raw and uncooked. When COVID is over they should have one dining area were a resident could get hot food. would be more efficient for all the residents. This is a good community, they just need to quiet over charging for services

We moved my family member in there and she has had the best experience out of all the assisted living facilities. The space is warm and welcoming. The staff know your name when you come to visit, and really care for their residents. There are activities daily to keep residents engaged. They celebrate the small things and even through the pandemic, Lake Ridge did a great job keeping everyone safe. They have given us peace of mind durning the difficult times of last year that our loved one is well taken care of, and her best interests are at the heart of what they do. Thank you!

I am very thankful for the support recieved from the staff at Lake Ridge Assisted Living. They have done so well to keep my dad safe and free of Covid19. Plus they have work so very hard to be creative and provide activities for the residents since they were confined to their rooms....i know my dad liked the activities!!! I also want to thank the nurses for their patience when my dad can be short tempered at times. These are hard times for everyone...not that I am excusing the behavior but it is understandable. Everyone there has been great to work with and my dad couldnt be there without any one of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
