I was satisfied with Home Instead - Monroe NC. They did good and the staff was fine. They cleaned, cooked for mom, entertained her, and gave her baths. The aides were prompt and professional. The lady who supervised it was on point, responsive, and attentive. She listened and was nice.

I then called Home Instead and they had someone available for my mother immediately. They have been very responsive to our needs and very flexible when I need to change schedules. Mother's caregiver quickly bonded with her and Mother looks forward to her coming to "visit". It livens up her day and she talks so much more when Misty has been here with her. Highly recommend Home Instead!
