I had a wonderful experience. The staff was great and the other patients were great. There was a couple things that I didn''t agree with but for the most part I would go back if needed.
The rehab here is superb and the nursing staff is great! If you need rehab this is the place to come!

I was here for 16 hours before they received my pain medication from the pharmacy. I’m on a every 4 hour time schedule for pain medication. I had an aide who continually would make comments under her breathe but nursing staff allowed it and for her to talk back to me when I was attempting to talk to nurse. I continue to hear I’m sorry but not from the aide that was rude. Cindy the aide, response was I sigh. You know I sigh a lot. A sigh is not the same as saying inappropriate words or comments. Promedica ONCE meant quality care, but not anymore. This place needs some house cleaning done big time. No staff should be allowed to act like Cindy did to me.

This was my second experience being here at ProMedica and I came back because it was so nice and friendly. The nurses and the therapist and everything just took good care of you even short-handed and short-staffed. You wouldn''t really be able to tell the difference because they were there to make up make up the difference and their Therapy Program is awesome. I would advise anybody that has to have any kind of therapy to come to ProMedica because of all the therapist care about you, you know all the people in the building ,all the aids care about you. I had fun being here and working on my my ability to get better so and they told me that I thought I knew cuz I''ve been to so many but they taught me new stuff in it and just I feel good so I recommend coming here.

Came here a couple months ago after being the the ICU for two weeks due to a traumatic accident no fault of mine. Besides being served food that looks like something you’d give a dog in a pound, or staff letting patients sit in their own pee because no one came after 20-30 minutes of ringing the call light, it’s atrocious here. I understand short staffed but a lot of these workers hate their jobs and you can tell. I asked a worker how much they got paid to deal with this and honestly I understand why they don’t care. Pay your employees better and maybe they will actually care about the patients. What’s even worse is my Mother is friends with one of the directors and even then my experience was still very very rough and I felt as if I was just another number in a room with no assistance or help. I don’t suggest ever going here unless you are desperate,
