Friendship haven is a nice and clean environment! Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Providing great customer service to all. PT here is great, they have a variety of activities to keep your loved one busy and having fun.
Staff too noisy screaming to others down the hall at 4 a m. No way anyone is not awakened. Happens daily. Doesn''t do any good to complain to management as they don''t care and you rarely see them anyway. There are a few good nurses and nurses'' aides . Temporary quarters are kept clean but permane...

Temporary quarters are kept clean but permanent patient rooms smell of urine. Opened doors of these show some patients Clady clothed. More attention needs to protect these patients and help them keep their self respect. Very lax in giving out medicine when it is due. Place is poorly managed and difficult to get healthy food.
