My mom was at Farmington and recently passed. They brought a care cart in the room for us with snacks and drinks, was very nice. The facility is nice and clean. All the nurse aides are so helpful whenever you ask for anything. Most all of them have a careing attitude while just a couple have the attitude of not caring and its just a job. The nursing staff are ALL very caring. Seth, Kim, Ashley, Maddie, names I can remember are top of the angel list along with a few others I can''t remember but want to Thank very much for all you do. Michelle ,at the front desk when you come in the door, is one of the nicest people, she is so pleasant when she greets everyone, is wonderful to the residents who come sit and listen to her read or just want a friendly face. I don''t know her job title but they need to keep her. Finally, I have nothing good to say about the administrator I think his name is Jake. All I ever see him do is sit over in the one nursing office, when I saw him after my mom passed he did not even express sorrow. He needs to learn to BE KIND!! This is the place to be if you HAVE to be in a home. Bless all of you ❤

My 87 year old mother had to have rehab after a lengthy hospital stay. I feel very lucky to have found this jewel! As a physician I may be more critical of health care facilities, but I found nothing of concern at Farmington Village. Connie, the hospital liaison came to the hospital the very same day we called to ask about availability. My mom received very kind and caring attention during her stay. The staff was very attentive and patient with her. The physical, occupational and speech therapy she received was outstanding! Mom made wonderful progress under their care.. The facility itself is older, but spotless and well maintained. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The "living room" area had ample seating and tables where we could work puzzles and play board games. The food was delicious, not typical bland hospital food. When it was time for her to transfer back to her assisted living facility, the director of social services, Phyllis, went out of her way to prepare all mom''s paperwork promptly and the transfer was seamless. This was a wonderful experience for my mom and my family. Although we live in Washington, Il, the quality of care was well worth the drive to Farmington and if mom, or any of us in her family, need rehab or nursing care, it is a relief that we already know where we want to go.

The staff at Farmington Country Manor are so kind and caring. The facility is very nice and maintained well. In this difficult time where in person visits are not possible due to Covid-19, they arrange for window visits. It is not easy to find a nursing center that one can trust to care for loved family members, but Farmington Country Manor definitely exceeded our expectations.

Had to stay here for two and a half months this past year after being discharged from the hospital with a diabetic foot ulcer. I had surgery and had a wound vac. Which the nursing staff took care of. Nurses aids, RNs and activities director were knowledgeable and keep me busy while there. Loved the front lobby room where you could see the birds and the family room where you could see the chickens. I''ve enclosed a few photos. The physical therapists were outstanding and helped with my way back home by making my muscles stronger. The rooms were kept very clean with daily housekeeping. If I need assistance again after a hospital stay, I would definitely consider Farmington Country Manor.
