Elim Wellspring - Caley House seemed really small. We saw one bedroom and one common area. The staff members were very friendly and personable. We talked to them on the phone, and they remembered us when we arrived. The rooms were nice.
Our family had an in person tour and it seemed like a really nice place but just did not have a lot of activity going on, it seemed like more of a quieter facility

We chose Caley House for my father because we heard good things about it, and it's in the same town that we live in. I had good results and good communication with them. Everybody's been really kind and very helpful. It's assisted living, but he's getting more and more independent every day. The staff has gone above and beyond with any requests; they're extremely helpful. My dad has nothing but good things to say about them. When I go there and see him, he's still eating, and he seems to be enjoying it. He said he gets a good variety, and he thought all of it was good. He has no complaints. They have several different activities, like morning exercise, bingo, special birthday get-togethers, and special events for holidays like St. Patrick's Day and Valentine's Day. He seems to be happy now that they have bingo back. I've only been to where his apartment is, and he has really good access. He's very close to the common area, the cafeteria, and the lobby, and he wanted to be on the main floor and not have stairs, so that worked out really well for him. They seem to keep the facility nice, clean, and very welcoming. I think we are getting what we pay for. It is a little expensive, but it's close to home, it's easy for us to get to him, and he has good relationships, so I would say that it's still acceptable.
